This information describes the forthcoming TuneLoop release. Public rollout of that release has not been confirmed; features depend on the version installed.
Privacy and data requests
TuneLoop has no separate user account. Request access/deletion of personal information we control by emailing info@fortismundi.eu, subject “TuneLoop — Privacy Request”. This page sends nothing automatically. You can request help without app access.
Describe the records concerned, such as support correspondence or installation/subscription information, and relevant approximate dates. Requests are reviewed manually; we may ask for minimum necessary additional information. Email control does not establish subscription ownership. We do not promise automated backend deletion where secure identification or authorized action is unavailable; limitations will be explained.
You can remove local app information in Android app settings. This can remove preferences, tutorial progress, records and installation keys. Backups and copied reports may need separate management. Clearing local data does not delete backend records or cancel subscriptions. TuneLoop has no saved microphone recordings to delete.
Necessary legal, billing or security retention may limit deletion; relevant reasons and criteria will be explained. Google and other providers handle their own records under their procedures. We handle requests within applicable statutory timeframes, not a promise of immediate deletion. Your rights and complaint options remain. Manage subscriptions separately through Google Play.
