This information describes the forthcoming TuneLoop release. Public rollout of that release has not been confirmed; features depend on the version installed.
Terms of use and subscription
TuneLoop is provided under Fortis Mundi Studios, Netherlands. Contact: info@fortismundi.eu. KVK42094394; VAT ID NL005493427B33. These terms cover the app and its TuneLoop information on fortismundi.eu. Availability depends on Google Play and your app version.
Free standard tuning covers guitar, ukulele and electric bass. Banjo, violin, cello, mandolin and double bass standard tuning requires verified TuneLoop+. Plus also includes Chord Library, Chord Trainer, Haptic Beats and ad removal. Alternative tunings are unavailable and are not included as usable benefits. This website does not sell subscriptions.
Monthly/yearly subscriptions are purchased through Google Play. Review the actual price, billing period and renewal terms before confirming. Recurring subscriptions renew unless renewal is cancelled. Use Google Play subscription management.
Cancelling ordinary automatic renewal normally preserves remaining Google-confirmed access until verified expiry. Expired or revoked entitlement is not valid; payment problems follow the current provider status, including any Google-confirmed grace period. Refund, statutory withdrawal and cancellation are different processes. A refund does not always mean immediate revocation; confirmed entitlement determines access. Applicable consumer rights and Google Play procedures remain effective. There is no invented cancellation deadline or blanket no-refund rule. Use official procedures for any special statutory options.
Use Restore Purchases with the purchasing Google account to reverify an existing purchase; restoration does not start a new payment. If access is missing after purchase, allow verification to resolve, use available Retry/Restore actions or contact support. Do not buy again just to repair access. Uninstalling, clearing local data or making a privacy request does not cancel renewal.
TuneLoop is a music aid, not certified calibration or protection against instrument damage. Estimates depend on device, instrument and environment. Tune gradually within safe string tension and use suitable playback volume. Training results are limited to what each exercise can evaluate; manual chord confirmation is not acoustic proof.
Use services lawfully; do not bypass verification or use another person's purchase evidence. Rights in software, artwork and audio remain with their owners; applicable open-source licences and statutory rights continue. Maintenance/outages can affect availability. No uninterrupted operation or fixed support response time is promised. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes receive legally required notice. Read the privacy policy.
