Operator and contact

TuneLoop (Android package com.tuneloop.tuneloop) is provided under Fortis Mundi Studios in the Netherlands. Privacy contact: info@fortismundi.eu. No separate TuneLoop account is required. This does not mean that no personal data is processed.

Microphone, preferences and practice information

With microphone permission, TuneLoop processes short audio buffers locally in memory to estimate pitch. It does not save this microphone audio as recordings or upload it. Bundled reference sounds are not recordings of you. You can revoke microphone permission in Android; listening features then cannot operate.

Settings, language, tutorial progress and practice records are kept locally. Android backup/device transfer also depends on your system settings. Optional diagnostics may contain derived pitch readings, timing, technical state and notes you enter, not microphone recordings. An explicit copy action places the report on your clipboard. If you email it, we receive what you choose to send.

Subscriptions and verification

Google Play processes payments and supplies purchase information. This integration does not give us your full payment-card details or Google password. Our Vercel-hosted verification backend processes purchase evidence and technical installation information to verify purchases, determine access and restore existing purchases. Neon PostgreSQL holds necessary product/plan details, protected purchase and installation identifiers, ownership bindings, status, expiry and verification/restoration records. This supports delivery and fraud prevention. Verification may require an internet connection. The public Fortis Mundi website does not grant subscription access.

Ads and privacy choices

Free use may include Google AdMob ads, subject to eligibility and consent. Verified TuneLoop+ removes ads. Google Mobile Ads and UMP may process network/device information, advertising identifiers, interactions and diagnostics for advertising, measurement, consent and security. Microphone audio is not sent for these purposes. Ad-free does not stop Google Play or verification processing. Use Privacy options in Settings where provided; Android also offers advertising-ID controls. Non-personalized advertising is not necessarily anonymous.

Providers, purposes and retention

Google provides Play, AdMob and UMP; Vercel hosts verification and Neon provides the subscription database. Support email involves your address, message and attachments. Hosting providers process connection information to deliver and protect services. Processing on fortismundi.eu itself is also described in that site's website privacy information. Moving the public website does not automatically move the subscription database.

Subscription processing performs the requested contract. Necessary security/support processing relies where appropriate on legitimate interests, subject to your rights; legal obligations may require retention. You may change or withdraw consent where applicable. Microphone permission is not advertising consent.

Microphone buffers are transient. Local information remains until changed or removed, with backups managed separately. Service/support records are retained as needed for service, restoration, security and applicable legal obligations. Providers also have log/backup arrangements. No unconfirmed fixed retention period is promised. Processing may occur outside the EEA; contact us about relevant safeguards.

Rights, requests and updates

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to relevant processing and withdraw consent. Email us; proportionate information may be needed to identify your records securely. Never send complete purchase tokens, passwords, keys or card details. You may complain to a competent authority, including the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Mandatory rights remain intact.

Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information. No system is completely secure. We update this notice when practices change and provide required notice or request required consent. See the data-request procedure.

Website privacy information

Fortis Mundi operates this static website on Namecheap shared hosting. This website build includes no analytics, advertising scripts, cookies, accounts or contact forms. Following a project or Google Play link takes you to that separate service; its own privacy information applies. Namecheap processes connection and request information to deliver and protect the website. Sending email opens your email application and shares your address, message and any attachments with the recipient and the email providers involved. TuneLoop correspondence goes to info@fortismundi.eu; corporate enquiries go to info@fortismundi.eu. Hosting and email records have provider retention and transfer arrangements; contact us for the arrangements relevant to your request. We do not promise a fixed retention period or that all processing stays in the EEA.
